A grant opportunity is now open to support Home Care Package and Commonwealth Home Support Programme providers with a one-off funding of $10,000 (excl GST) towards the cost of upgrading IT systems.

The Support at Home and new Aged Care Act Transition Support 2024-25 Grant Opportunity (GO7421) is now open.

This grant will provide one-off funding of $10,000 (excl GST) towards the cost of upgrading IT systems for:

  • Home Care Package providers to meet new obligations from 1 July 2025, under Support at Home and the new Aged Care Act.
  • Commonwealth Home Support Programme providers to meet new reporting obligations under the new Aged Care Act and their 2025-27 grant agreements.

Apply online by 2pm (AEDT) 25 February 2025 on GrantConnect.
